Frequency converters are used to convert uniform AC voltage into AC voltage with adjustable amplitude and frequency. They allow infinitely variable speed adjustment and are mainly used in the industrial sector. Speed control allows manufacturing processes to be designed and optimised in an energy-efficient manner. ECONOMY-LINE
The ECONOMY-LINE is characterized by its simple but adapted range of functions. The inverter is always mounted on the worm gear motor. The drives of the ECONOMY-LINE are controlled via a potentiometer, an external voltage supply (0…10V) or the current (0-20mA).
Ramps, ramp times or a pump operation can be set and defined before commissioning.
Optionally, an ON and OFF switch or a toggle switch for the direction of rotation of the motor can be fitted.

SMART-LINE
In our product range you will find various inverters in the field of decentralised drive solutions. The SmartSeries from Ruhrgetriebe can either be permanently mounted on a three-phase geared motor or supplied as a single unit for wall mounting. The frequency inverter has an integrated class C2 radio interference filter and masters every challenge of plant or machine construction. Thanks to CE, SA and UL certifications, the INVEOR α can be used indoors and outdoors all over the world.
