To ensure that your report is appropriately processed and investigated by the Reconnaissance Office, please be as specific as possible in your communication.

When doing so, please consider the five basic W questions:

  • Who was involved?
  • What happened?
  • When did the incident occur?
  • How did it happen?
  • Where did it take place?
