Gearmotors with frequency inverter.
- Every gearmotor from Ruhrgetriebe can be combined with a frequency inverter.

Advantages
Wherever variable speeds, different torques or positional accuracy are required, the drive systems of the Smart Series are used. Our complete systems consisting of electric motor (asynchronous or synchronous motor), gearbox (worm or planetary gear) and intelligent drive controller can be freely adapted to the requirements of the customer and their respective application. Whether simple speed control via a potentiometer or seamless integration into production systems with different fieldbuses – the Smart Series provides you with the right solution for every situation. But even without external controls, many process steps and parameters can already be implemented by the integrated soft PLC with the drive system. Depending on the positioning accuracy and application, the control technology of the drive controller can be used, which enables a rotary position range of 1:200, or a pulse generator can be attached to the motor.
With over 10 different gearbox types and more than 70 different variants, innovative solutions can be found within the torque ranges between 5 and 165 Nm.
Options
For manual control, we offer a large selection of membrane keypads, hand-held control units and touch panels as accessories. Parameterisation and commissioning can be carried out either via PC software or a Bluetooth connection.

Advantages
Ramps, ramp times or a pump operation can be set and defined before commissioning.
Optionally, an ON and OFF switch or a toggle switch for the direction of rotation of the motor can be fitted.
